To make Healthy Chicken Cobb Salad you need those ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts
  • Salt and ground black pepper
  • 5 cups of chopped lettuce
  • 1 cup of chopped cucumber
  • 1 cup of cherry chopped tomatoes into two parts
  • ½ cup of chopped red onions
  • ½ cup of chopped red pepper
  • 1 boiled egg
  • 1 berry avocado

 

How to make Chicken Cobb Salad:

  1. Season the 2 chicken breasts with salt and pepper and brush the grilled with olive oil.
  2. Grill the 2 chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes from both sides.
