The Ingredients of this snack are so delicious and very healthy for your kids and adults too, and you can make it as a breakfast meal and also besides your dinner meal and you can take it in your work.

You can make more than 16 oatmeal energy balls in almost 35 minutes, and they will be enough for more than 4 persons.

Ingredients for making 16 oatmeal energy balls:

  • 1 1/2 cups of dry old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup of peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup of honey
  • 1/3 cup of pure maple syrup
  • ⅔ cup of toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup of mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1/2 cup of ground flax seed

 

How to make oatmeal energy balls:

  1. Bring a medium bowl and mix all the ingredients until they become well incorporated
  2. Put the bowl in the fridge for almost an hour in a sealed container
  3. When you see that all the ingredients are stick together, get the bowl out of the fridge
  4. Roll and form them into 16 small balls by your hands
  5. Note: If you find that some balls are not sticking together, you can add some extra honey or peanut butter
  6. Freeze the balls then they will be ready for you
