Ingredients :

  • 1/2 cup dried diced mango
  • 1/3 cup sugared coconut shreds
  • 2 1/4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup sliced almonds
  • 3/4 cup pistachios
  • 1/2 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup brown rice syrup
  • 1/3 apricot jam
  • 1/4 dark brown sugar
  • 1/4 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 tablespoon nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1 tablespoon salt for taste


How To Make:

  1. Put all the rolled oats in baking sheet and bake them at 350 degrees F for 10 minutes until they become golden brown
  2. Bring a second baking sheet, and put almonds, pistachio and sunflower seeds in it, and bake them for 12 minutes until they become toasted and fragrant
  3. Cook the brown rice syrup, jam, brown sugar and butter until they become combine and you will notice that the sugar is dissolved
  4. Add to them the vanilla, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and cayenne
  5. Combine the nut mixture with toasted oats in a large bowl, then add the mango and coconut
  6. Bake the syrup mixture and the dry mixture for 25 minutes
